Welcome to MaghribEats. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Services

MaghribEats provides delivery services for:

  • Food from restaurants and cafés

  • Products from local stores

We act as a delivery intermediary. Preparation, packaging, and product quality are the responsibility of the restaurant or store.


2. Orders

  • Orders can be placed through our app or website.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided but may vary due to traffic, weather, or other conditions.

  • All fees are displayed before order confirmation.


3. Payment

  • MaghribEats currently supports cash-on-delivery (COD).

  • Payment must be made in full to the delivery person at the time of delivery.

  • Orders may be canceled before preparation, but once prepared, cancellations are not allowed.


4. Refunds and Compensation

  • Refunds are only provided for damaged food, and we offer a discount on your next order as compensation.

  • Store product issues are handled directly by the store. MaghribEats forwards the issue but does not issue refunds.

  • Missing items, wrong items, taste issues, or late delivery are not refundable.


5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide a correct delivery address and contact information.

  • Be available to receive your order at the delivery time.

  • Unreasonable or abusive behavior may result in account restrictions.


6. Repeated Cancellations

Repeated, unreasonable, or intentional cancellations may result in:

  • Permanent account restrictions

  • Refusal of future orders or deliveries

  • Legal action in cases of proven fraud, deception, or misuse of our service

MaghribEats reserves the right to protect its platform and ensure fair use for all customers.


7. Product and Food Quality

  • Restaurants and stores are responsible for product freshness, safety, and quality.

  • MaghribEats ensures proper delivery, but we are not responsible for preparation errors.


8. Liability

MaghribEats is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events

  • Mistakes made by restaurants or stores

  • Customer mishandling of delivered products
