MaghribEats currently delivers within selected cities and neighborhoods across Morocco.
Available delivery zones will appear automatically when you enter your address.


2. Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on several factors, including:

  • Restaurant or store preparation time

  • Distance from your location

  • Traffic and weather conditions

An estimated delivery time is shown during checkout, but actual delivery may vary slightly.


3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on:

  • Distance

  • City/zone

  • Type of order (food or store product)

All fees are displayed clearly before you confirm your order.


4. Order Handling

  • Restaurants and stores are responsible for preparing and packing your order.

  • MaghribEats handles pickup and delivery only.

  • For store products, we deliver the item in the same condition we receive it.


5. Delivery of Products (Store Items)

For items purchased from stores:

  • We deliver products exactly as they are provided to us.

  • If a product is not working, MaghribEats will contact the store on your behalf.

  • The store is responsible for replacement, repair, or warranty handling.

  • MaghribEats does not issue refunds for product issues.


6. Food Delivery

We aim to deliver food as quickly as possible to keep it fresh and in good condition.
