Refund Policy – MaghribEats

At MaghribEats, we work to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our refund rules carefully before placing an order.


1. When We Offer Refunds

We only provide refunds in the following situation:

  • Food is damaged, spilled, spoiled, or offer a discount on your next order as compensation

To request a refund, customers may be asked to provide clear photos or videos of the issue.


2. Product Issues (Non-Food Items)

If a product from a store is not working, the refund is not handled by MaghribEats.

Instead:

  • We will contact the store on your behalf

  • The store decides if they will replace, repair, or refund the item

  • MaghribEats only forwards the issue — we do not issue refunds for store products


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be provided for:

  • Missing items from the restaurant

  • Wrong item prepared by the restaurant

  • Taste or preference issues
